Tariffs: Seasonal rates and minimum booking periods may apply.

Check-in: Is between 1pm & 9:30pm.  If you arrive earlier luggage storage is available. A credit card must be supplied as security upon check in.

Credit Cards:  We accept all major credit cards. All credit card payments will incur a 2.7% surcharge. Your credit card will not be charged upon booking - we cannot service a charge card against an on-line booking sites (Expedia or affiliates, Booking.Com or affiliates) – please book direct through our own website booking service or by direct contact (telephone) if using a charge card.  A bond may be requested upon check-in.

Check-out: Is before 10am on the day of departure. Early check-in and /or late check-out is subject to availability – please ask on arrival.

Cancellation/refund policy: Cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date incur no fee for direct bookings only (direct contact or through our own website booking service) – with on-line bookings those conditions may differ and we refer you to your reservation confirmation. Thereafter one nights accommodation will be charged.

Credit Card guarantees: On line reservations require authorisation of a credit card. No charge will be made against the card details unless the client fails to arrive for the booked accommodation.

Changes in reservation term: Any change in reservation term will be treated as a new booking and additional charges may apply. Any extension to a booking is subject to availability of rooms. Earlier departure than the reserved date may not result in a refund unless the motel management approve and are able to re-let the booked accommodation.

Smoking: There is no smoking in any rooms - please smoke outside rooms at various areas designated around the property. In the event of smoke being detected in the room we reserve the right to charge the registered guest for costs incurred in returning the room to its non-smoking status and any resulting loss of income.

Car Parking: Car Parking is for Registered Guests only and subject to availability. Vehicles parked at owners risk.

General: Guests aged 17 years and under, must be accompanied by a responsible adult staying in the same unit. Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. All Visitors must vacate premises no later than 11pm.The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the Motel, will be charged to the registered guest.

No cooking of any seafood or fish oils in any room owing to the residual odours.  We reserve the right to charge for any loss of income as a result of having to treat such events. If a unit is unable to be re-let due to cooking odours or excessive cleaning is required to return the unit to its original standard there will be a charge to the credit card supplied at time of booking.

Pets: No pets allowed. (Exception: Guide dogs)

Overdue Accounts: All accounts are payable on check-in. We reserve the right to charge overdue/recovery fees on all accounts not paid.
